There is an exciting documentary in the ARD media library. In three parts, partly as a docudrama, the circumstances of the unexpected death of the heptathlete Birgit Dressel are reconstructed. I watched the first two parts last night, but unfortunately I was too tired for the third. It is shocking that in the 1980s anabolic steroids were practically part of the diet of top West German athletes and that this was tolerated or encouraged by doctors, trainers, officials and politicians. And that in some qualifications fourth place was deliberately preferred to a better placing in order to avoid being checked. But enough spoilers.

Hey there, I am a new member here.

As per the discussion I guess we are talking about Parenting. It's a great thing and responsibilty to become a father and mother.

A-lot of members express a mix of excitement and nervousness about becoming fathers. It's normal to feel both emotions, as you anticipate the big changes ahead.

Even I have 2 babies and I am taking care and loving them scince from 5 years. It's a blessing for me to have such cute babies.

Trust me don't hesitate just take a deep breath and smile. Everthing will be fine. I am sure of it You would love your babies more than anything.
